Our facility is open for access 24/7.
Our office hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
What sizes of storage units do you offer?
We offer a variety of unit sizes ranging from 1.5×1.5 metres (2.25 sq. m.) to 3×9 metres (27 sq. m.) to accommodate different storage needs
How secure is your facility?
Our facility is currently equiped with secure gate access and security lights. We are currently installing a 24-hour CCTV surveillance system and secure gate access for added security
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we offer flexible month-to-month leases to give you the convenience of short-term or long-term storage without being locked into a long-term contract.
Can I access my storage unit at any time?
Yes, you can access your storage units 24 hours a day. Note, there may be limited lighting in some units.
What items are prohibited from being stored in your units?
Prohibited items include hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, perishable food, and any illegal items.
How do I make a payment?
We generally accept monthly payments, but also offer weekly or fornightly payments. Payments can be made by setting up automated billing through debit card.
What should I do if I need to move out?
Simply notify our property manager at least 10 days before your move-out date. Ensure your unit is clean and empty, and return the keys to our office.
